There is always room for an introduction to the Olympiaschool.
There is the possibility to make an appointment to visit school. To get a taste of the atmosphere by walking around together in our beautiful building, or a personal meeting with the director to discuss the educational program the school has to offer. As a parent of a child who is going to school soon, because the child is turning 4, it is nice to have a look at a school before you make a choice for the primary school. You can apply for an information morning at the page 'Informatieochtend'.
Also if you have just moved (from abroad) and are looking for a school for an older child, you are welcome at the Olympiaschool.
Apart from our regular classes, we also have two so called Newcomersclasses, in which children who are between six and twelve years old, and are less than a year in The Netherlands, can go in. They get a special program in smaller classes, to learn Dutch. This program takes more or less ten months. After this program the children can go to one of the regular classes, whether in our school (if there is availability in the class your child needs to attend) or another primary school. Please fill in the form 'Aanmelden >4 jaar (zij-instroom)' and we will consider your application and get back to you.
Get acquainted with the Olympiaschool
Several times a year there is an organised meeting to get acquainted with the Olympiaschool if your child turns 4 in some time. You will have a tour around the school and the school director will inform you about the school and answer your questions.
In the school year 2024-2025 there is still one meeting planned on Friday 23rd of May 2025 from 09.00 till 10.00 o’clock.
